We're hiring a Treasury Management Consultant.
Responsibilities
POSITION INCLUDES:
- Accountable for cash management sales for Corporate Banking Relationship Managers and financial services centers. This includes product demonstrations, remote deposit installations, cash management services,evaluation, andassistance.
- Ultimately, the relationship manager will be expected to build areliable, proficient, andsecure relationship with clients by having the capability to complete cash management evaluations to create custom proposals to gain business.
- Cross-sell other bank services bypartnering with other areas of the bank to enhance the overall marketing effort of the corporation.
- Manage existing and prospective deposit relationships and submitevaluation requests to develop business.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the operational functions of cash management including proposals, remote deposit capture, lockbox, and electronic services.
- Accountable for developing new prospects and obtaining new clients for Univest.
- Be knowledgeable about rivals pricing and offerings in cash management services.
- Build rapport with operational administrative staff to streamline cash management internal processes.
- Establish and develop relationships with small business relationship managers and financial service centers. Increase awareness of the cash management product line to develop additional sales opportunities.
- Increase visibility in the bank’s sales and marketing area by participating in business, service, and other non-profit community organizations.
- Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales-focusedperson with strong knowledge of corporate banking, cash management products, services, and processes.
- Ability to cross-sell products, along with proven sales and product expertise with business clients.
- Ability to manage risk within cash management services.
- Strong community involvement in the geographic area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience in related area desired. Business product knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to handle most problems/exceptions in aself-reliant manner.
- Goal-oriented person with strongcoaching andsocial and communications skills.
- PC experience, specifically in Excel, Word, and Outlook desired.
