About the Role
We are looking for a Forward Deployment Architect who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world enterprise outcomes.
This is not a traditional architecture role. You will work directly with customers to design, implement, deploy, and scale Agentic AI solutions in production environments. You will partner with customer executives, architects, operations leaders, and engineering teams to transform complex business processes into intelligent AI-powered workflows.
You will act as a trusted advisor, solution architect, and deployment leader responsible for turning enterprise AI vision into measurable business outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven experience delivering 0-to-1 products, platforms, or AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions in production.
- Experience designing and deploying Multi-Agent Systems, AI workflows, and enterprise AI applications.
- Strong background in enterprise integrations, APIs, data architecture, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience working directly with customers, leading discovery workshops, solution design, implementation, and adoption initiatives.
- Exposure to frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Agentforce, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of MCP, A2A protocols, AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, ServiceNow, CRM, Field Service, or Customer Support platforms

A customer facing architect who can understand business problems, design Agentic AI solutions, orchestrate multiple AI agents, integrate enterprise systems, and successfully drive production deployment and business adoption.
