Job Description
Position title: Manager II, Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM)
Location: Baltimore, MD, United States | (Remote)

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certifications.
- Minimum 7 years of experience supporting or leading Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations and production support in a global environment.
- Experience with multiple Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Absence Management.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies and SaaS release management.
- Experience in process transformation or HR digital transformation initiatives.
