RevOps Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RevOps Architect based in Brazil.

This role is ideal for a strategic and technically skilled professional who specializes in Revenue Operations, sales technology ecosystems, and scalable business processes.
You will design and optimize revenue systems that connect tools, data, and workflows to improve customer experiences and business performance.
The position requires strong architectural thinking, stakeholder management, and expertise in modern sales engagement platforms.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions.
As a key advisor, you will influence technology decisions, establish best practices, and drive operational maturity.

Accountabilities:

The RevOps Architect will lead the strategy, design, and execution of revenue technology solutions, ensuring that systems, processes, and data work together efficiently to support business growth.

  • Own solution architecture for complex projects involving revenue technology ecosystems, ensuring scalability, adoption, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead discovery sessions with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and business stakeholders to understand challenges and design effective solutions.
  • Design and optimize workflows across sales engagement, conversation intelligence, forecasting, reporting, and automation processes.
  • Define best practices for revenue operations, leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage integration strategies between platforms such as CRM systems, sales engagement tools, communication platforms, and data warehouses.
  • Provide expertise on sales technology trends, platform capabilities, and industry best practices to guide internal teams and clients.
  • Support and mentor team members by sharing technical knowledge, architectural approaches, and RevOps expertise.
  • Act as a strategic ambassador for revenue operations by identifying opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to evaluate trade-offs, risks, and long-term impacts of architecture decisions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Revenue Operations professional with a strong background in sales technology architecture, business process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This person should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while driving scalable solutions.

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or related roles.
  • Strong experience designing and managing sales technology ecosystems and revenue architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of platforms such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, or similar solutions.
  • Proven experience leading discovery processes, defining requirements, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, reporting strategies, integrations, and data workflows.
  • Experience with automation, AI-driven solutions, and modern revenue technology trends.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Experience working in agile environments and applying lean development principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or Systems Architect are a plus.
