The Senior Manager, Feasibility will lead strategic initiatives that improve clinical trial planning, enrollment performance, and operational execution. The role requires strong collaboration with global and regional stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations and ensure successful study outcomes.
- Act as a key partner for global and regional clinical operations teams, supporting feasibility and re-feasibility activities across clinical programs.
- Develop strategic feasibility assessments by integrating internal insights and external data sources to guide site identification, recruitment strategies, and study planning.
- Analyze treatment standards, disease prevalence, competitive landscapes, and historical trial data to support geographic and operational decisions.
- Create enrollment forecasts, benchmark assumptions, and risk mitigation strategies to improve trial predictability.
- Design and support patient recruitment initiatives in collaboration with study teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Identify operational challenges through root cause analysis and develop solutions to improve study execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing new processes, methodologies, technologies, and best practices for feasibility and study startup activities.
- Support site and investigator engagement initiatives, including site preparation activities and scientific training when required.
- Mentor junior team members and promote accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across teams.
- Represent clinical operations in regional and global projects aligned with strategic development objectives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in clinical operations, feasibility strategy, and healthcare research, with proven experience managing complex projects in global environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific, medical, healthcare, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of combined experience in clinical operations, feasibility, clinical trial management, oncology/hematology, medical affairs, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial feasibility principles, site identification strategies, and study startup planning.
- Experience using feasibility tools, trial optimization platforms, clinical databases, and analytical solutions.
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Experience developing patient recruitment and investigator engagement strategies.
- Strong project management skills, including experience managing budgets, priorities, and competing objectives.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build effective relationships across global and regional teams.
- Experience working with CROs, vendors, and external partners.
- Strong understanding of clinical development processes and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in global environments.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CTMS applications, EDC systems, and feasibility analytics platforms is preferred.
