This is a client-facing growth opportunity focused on helping automotive dealerships strengthen performance and maximize the value of SaaS solutions. You will build trusted relationships with dealership leaders, understand their operational challenges, and translate data and business needs into practical recommendations. The role combines strategic account management, consulting, product adoption, training, and revenue growth in a technology-driven environment. You will have significant interaction with clients, including extensive on-site engagement and travel of up to 75% of your time. Success will depend on your ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and demonstrate measurable value to customers. You will work collaboratively with internal teams while taking ownership of client outcomes and key performance indicators.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with automotive dealership accounts through tailored consulting engagements and personalized support.
- Help clients improve profitability and operational performance by maximizing the adoption and effective use of SaaS solutions.
- Identify and develop new consulting opportunities by understanding customer needs and connecting them with relevant service offerings.
- Analyze customer and business data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for dealership clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide on-site consulting, implementation support, and guidance, with travel required for up to 75% of the role.
- Deliver training sessions and presentations to dealership teams and other audiences, adapting content to different levels of technical and business knowledge.
- Manage and resolve moderate to complex customer requests and challenges while maintaining a strong focus on customer success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, coordinate initiatives, and contribute to a strong team-oriented culture.
- Execute departmental and organizational initiatives accurately and within expected timelines.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct across all customer and internal interactions.
- Monitor and achieve individual and team KPIs while proactively identifying additional opportunities to contribute to business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience within the automotive dealership industry is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working directly with SaaS accounts, ideally within the automotive dealership sector.
- At least 1 year of experience working with SaaS products, preferably solutions used by automotive dealerships.
- Strong understanding of customer success, account management, consulting, product adoption, and revenue growth principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with automotive or industry-specific software is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective training sessions and presentations for both small and large groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging customers by phone, virtually, and in person.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to use data to identify opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
- High level of personal accountability, initiative, and ownership, with a proactive approach to solving customer and business challenges.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, particularly the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and initiatives.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including up to 75% of the time, to support dealership customers.
