$500/week + $50 Mileage + Route Pay | 1099 Contractor | Sun–Thu Evenings

• Own your market. You're not micromanaged — you're trusted to run 500–3,000 units across your assigned properties and make the calls that keep service moving.
• Lead real people. Coach, train, and manage a crew of Leads and Valets who count on you to have their back.
• Get paid to solve problems. Compactor jammed? Employee no-show? Access code not working? This is your arena.
• Home by midnight. Five nights a week, then the rest is yours.
• Stack your pay. Base pay + mileage + route pay when you cover a route yourself. The harder you hustle, the more it adds up.
