We are seeking an experienced Client SaaS Implementation Lead to guide complex client onboarding initiatives and ensure successful adoption of enterprise software solutions.
This role serves as a strategic partner between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders throughout the discovery and implementation lifecycle.

The Client SaaS Implementation Lead will own the discovery and planning phases of strategic client implementations, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to successfully coordinate multiple complex initiatives.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout onboarding strategy, discovery, and requirements definition.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather, analyze, document, and validate detailed business requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities, delivery processes, and the application of client requirements to implementation projects and ongoing support.
• Partner with clients and vendors to understand operational needs and translate them into actionable implementation plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Communicate project objectives, progress updates, risks, and outcomes clearly to clients, team members, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage multiple strategic and complex implementation projects while maintaining alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve client value and expand service offerings.
• Define, document, and improve implementation processes through measurement, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5+ years of proven experience in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, benefits administration technology, or related consulting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with health and welfare benefits administration, HR technology, IT consulting, or enterprise software implementations is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to evaluate complex business requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading multiple strategic projects simultaneously with successful delivery against scope, timeline, and budget objectives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience defining processes, documenting workflows, and driving operational improvements.
• Ability to work effectively within tight delivery timelines and changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Access, Project, and Visio.
