The Vice President, Agentic Systems will provide executive leadership for AI research and development initiatives, building scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and advance intelligent automation. The role requires strong technical vision, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to transform emerging AI capabilities into practical business outcomes.
- Lead the development and evolution of agentic systems that automate complex analyst workflows and support advanced operational processes.
- Define the strategic vision and technical direction for AI agent research, development, and deployment initiatives.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity experts and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can enhance decision-making and productivity.
- Build and lead high-performing teams focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computational research.
- Establish operational frameworks, governance models, and best practices for deploying reliable and scalable AI systems.
- Partner across engineering, data science, and managed services teams to accelerate AI innovation and implementation.
- Develop objective-driven data science initiatives and define success metrics to measure impact.
- Communicate technical strategies, progress, and business value effectively to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is an experienced AI and data science leader with a strong background in building advanced technology solutions, leading technical teams, and driving strategic transformation in complex environments.
- 12+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, computational research, or related technical fields, with a proven record of leading impactful technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and scaling AI systems, including agentic systems and intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, machine learning methodologies, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Experience leading teams through complex technical initiatives and influencing long-term technology direction.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, threat research, or security operations is highly valued.
- Ability to translate business challenges into technical strategies and scalable solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively from individual contributors to executive leadership.
- Strong ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
- Experience working in remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environments.
- Competitive base salary range of $320,000–$370,000 USD, plus variable/incentive compensation and equity opportunities.
