To work in accordance with established policies, procedures and instructions of Property Manager. To assist Property Manager in directing the overall operation of the Leasing Center, including training staff, scheduling daily activity of office staff, leasing apartments and maintaining proper records, as well as developing long and short term plans of action.

What we would like from you:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills; Yardi, Word, Excel, Publisher, and Internet, excellent presentation skills and creative ability
  • Assists with day-to-day operations and management of community and Leasing Center
  • Ensures renewals, move-outs and inquiries are up to date with related paperwork
  • Supports team by filling in when needed for Property Manager when needed
  • Assists Regional Manager and Property Manager in developing rental, marketing and advertising programs
  • Assists in tours of the model, vacant apartment homes, and more of the community to potential residents as needed
  • Coordinate with both leasing and maintenance teams to uphold comfort of living for tenants
  • Engages in community outreach by participating in resident activities, open houses and other events
  • Must have total understanding of Fair Housing regulations
  • Flexibility to work weekends
