Budget & Forecast

  • Lead annual budget cycle and maintain the budget model, including forecast updates and scenario builds
  • Submit forecasts and budgets via Jedox and run the revenue forecast meeting
Accounts Payable and T&E

  • Review bi-weekly AP reports and approve payment batches and ACH Positive Pay
  • Oversee new vendor setup and W-9 collection/maintenance
  • Manage the Center T&E platform and approve Purchase Card Request Forms (DocuSign) and expense reimbursement requests
  • Maintain and update T&E policy
Other

  • Produce weekly AR aging, monthly hours and utilization reporting, and support client cash collections
  • Oversee bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll registers, invoices, and reconciliation
  • Coordinate quarterly Serviceplan internal audits and support external financial audit and income-tax returns (PBC schedules, auditor/preparer follow-up)
  • Manage tax and regulatory filings — annual 1099s, NY Commercial Rent Tax, Sales & Use Tax (where applicable), business licenses, and state registration renewals
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: What You Bring -
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-starter with proven ability to independently lead and complete projects
  • Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and accounting best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen
  • Effective communicator with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams

  • Proactive in identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies
  • Experience managing audit cycles (internal and financial) and coordinating tax compliance (income, sales/use, 1099, local filings)
