Lead and manage by example; all personnel at the coffee shop in accomplishing tasks, responding to customer needs, & ensuring drink quality is consistently meeting standards.

Supervises the day to day operations with customers and employees, maintaining Starbucks in clean and orderly manner, and ensuring all tasks and transaction areas are completed daily.

Proficient in preparing coffee-based and other specialty beverages according to recipe standards, taking orders, and accurately handling the Point of Sale operations.

Always be prepared to pass Health Inspections by performing periodic food safety checks & ensuring products are rotated and dated to maintain freshness, verifying all equipment is kept in proper working condition, and water temperatures are to standards.
