Job Description
The Coordinator, Business Events provides administrative and coordination support to assist with the successful delivery of business event programs and activities. This role is responsible for organizing schedules, maintaining accurate records and documentation, coordinating communications, processing invoices, and supporting day-to-day event logistics. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while following established processes and timelines. The coordinator supports the Business Events team by assisting with planner, organizer, and industry partner communications to support a positive experience in Banff and Lake Louise. This may include coordinating logistics, preparing materials, responding to routine inquiries, and providing support during in-destination activities and events. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners as required to support the execution of assigned projects and activities.
