Bartender/Server

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar and dining areas as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender and/or server in a hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes, alcohol laws, and responsible service practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
