This is a high-impact partnerships role focused on expanding market reach and creating revenue through strategic technology and integration partnerships. You will own a portfolio of partners end to end, from sourcing and qualification through negotiation, launch, adoption, and growth. Working across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Security, you will turn partnership strategy into measurable commercial outcomes. The role combines business development, deal-making, technical collaboration, and disciplined program execution. You will help bring integrations to market, activate co-sell opportunities, and strengthen long-term partner relationships. This opportunity is well suited to a commercially minded builder who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
- Identify, prioritize, source, and negotiate new technology and integration partnerships aligned with strategic objectives, creating compelling and mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
- Own a portfolio of strategic partners by developing relationship maps, mutual business plans, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and measurable performance outcomes.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities based on customer demand, strategic fit, revenue potential, market reach, technical feasibility, and partner commitment, making clear recommendations on where to invest resources.
- Develop partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-selling, marketplace, referral, and OEM or embedded partnership motions, coordinating partner sellers and internal account teams around shared opportunities.
- Lead integration execution from discovery and solution design through commercial agreement, development, testing, launch, adoption, and post-launch optimization, ensuring owners and dependencies remain clear.
- Build and execute joint business plans covering value propositions, target customers, integration roadmaps, go-to-market motions, responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Develop trusted relationships across partner product, engineering, alliances, sales, marketplace, and executive teams while resolving issues and maintaining alignment.
- Collaborate with Marketing and go-to-market teams on positioning, launch plans, marketplace listings, field enablement, sales plays, and customer-facing materials.
- Monitor integration usage, customer adoption, pipeline, and revenue, maintaining accurate partner reporting and preparing business reviews and executive updates.
- Drive measurable outcomes by launching high-value integrations, generating qualified partner-driven growth, improving customer adoption and retention, strengthening partner accountability, and proactively managing execution risks.
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or product partnerships within B2B SaaS, with a demonstrated track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partner agreements.
- Experience taking technology or integration partnerships from initial conversations through signed agreements, technical execution, launch, and commercial activation.
- Background in security, identity, infrastructure, or enterprise software is strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop credible business cases and structure agreements that create value for all parties.
- Experience with co-sell, marketplace, referral, channel, or OEM/embedded partnership models and the ability to connect partner activity to measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams on APIs, integrations, solution design, technical requirements, and tradeoffs.
- Strong program management capabilities, including the ability to establish clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and operating rhythms while maintaining momentum.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage diverse partner stakeholders and deliver concise executive-level updates.
- Low-ego, high-accountability approach with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly and building processes, frameworks, and playbooks is part of the role.
- Intellectual curiosity, integrity, kindness, bias for action, and an ownership mindset are highly valued.
- Competitive salary.
- Meaningful equity ownership.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- Flexible paid time off.
- Fully remote-first work from anywhere in the United States.
- Flexible schedules with the ability to work within your own U.S. time zone and align around shared meeting windows.
- Quarterly in-person team off-sites, with travel support provided.
- New computer hardware and work equipment.
- An inclusive, collaborative environment where employees have meaningful influence and their work can drive change.
- Opportunities to work across technology, security, identity, enterprise software, partnerships, and go-to-market functions in a high-impact environment.
