Job Description
Purpose
The Account Manager Intern role gives practical support to HC3’s Account Management team while helping the intern build real-world skills in client operations, business systems, job coordination, documentation, and problem solving.
Responsibilities
The position would support the following areas:
Jira support: Review tickets, clean up information, follow up on missing details, and flag items needing AM attention.
NetSuite updates: Complete routine account, contact, project, and job updates.
Job management: Monitor job status, organize next steps, and route questions appropriately.
Document management: Maintain Account Management resources and archive outdated materials.
Special projects: Support data cleanup, reporting, research, process documentation, and departmental initiatives.
After demonstrating accuracy and process knowledge, assist with proof reviews, inventory management, basic ticket troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and special mailings.

Comfortable working in business systems and maintaining accurate information
Self-directed while able to collaborate with a team
Able to follow company policies, processes, and procedures
Education Experience and Certifications
Preference will be given to college students pursuing degrees in business, communications, marketing, operations, or related disciplines.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
Work will be performed in an HC3 office environment or another approved work location based on departmental needs.
Travel
This role requires no regular travel.
Physical Demand
This role requires computer use for extended periods while sitting or standing.
Position Type and Expected Hours
Position Type: Three-month internship engagement to begin Spring Semester 2027
Work Hours: 15 to 29 hours per week during HC3’s normal business hours, based on availability and team needs
Continuation: May be extended based on departmental needs and performance.
