About the role

As Team Lead, Project Management, you'll guide a team of project managers who bring new customers live on our platform. You'll coach your team day to day while staying hands-on with implementation work yourself, and you'll help shape how the broader team grows. This role reports to the Manager, Project Management.

What you'll do

Coach and develop a team of project managers through regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews
Resolve escalated customer issues with sound judgment, keeping the experience strong through every phase of implementation
Set clear performance targets and help your team understand what success looks like
Partner with the Manager, Project Management and fellow Team Leads to strengthen team structure and improve processes
Own a caseload of implementation projects yourself, from scoping through execution, alongside your leadership work
Build a collaborative, positive culture across the broader implementation team
Travel to customer sites as needed, roughly 25 to 35 percent of the time

What you'll bring

2 to 4 years of project management or customer implementation experience, including some experience coaching or guiding others
A strong track record of managing customer expectations before, during, and after implementation
Clear, confident communication skills, with comfort working across teams and levels of an organization
Strong organizational and time management skills with real attention to detail
Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Nice to have

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Bachelor's degree
