Job Description
About the role
As Team Lead, Project Management, you'll guide a team of project managers who bring new customers live on our platform. You'll coach your team day to day while staying hands-on with implementation work yourself, and you'll help shape how the broader team grows. This role reports to the Manager, Project Management.
What you'll do
- Coach and develop a team of project managers through regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews
- Resolve escalated customer issues with sound judgment, keeping the experience strong through every phase of implementation
- Set clear performance targets and help your team understand what success looks like
- Partner with the Manager, Project Management and fellow Team Leads to strengthen team structure and improve processes
- Own a caseload of implementation projects yourself, from scoping through execution, alongside your leadership work
- Build a collaborative, positive culture across the broader implementation team
- Travel to customer sites as needed, roughly 25 to 35 percent of the time
What you'll bring
- 2 to 4 years of project management or customer implementation experience, including some experience coaching or guiding others
- A strong track record of managing customer expectations before, during, and after implementation
- Clear, confident communication skills, with comfort working across teams and levels of an organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills with real attention to detail
- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Bachelor's degree
