  • Maintain accurate insurance records within the servicing system.

Property Tax Tracking

  • Monitor property tax obligations associated with serviced loans.
  • Maintain accurate records and track upcoming tax requirements.
  • Coordinate with borrowers, tax authorities, and internal team members to resolve discrepancies or delinquency concerns.
  • Escalate potential issues promptly to help prevent penalties or servicing disruptions.

Loan Documentation & Releases

  • Support the collection and maintenance of trailing documentation required for loan files.
  • Assist with the preparation and recording of reconveyances and mortgage releases.
  • Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain organized and accurate servicing records in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements.

Requirements:

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and service-oriented approach when working with lenders, borrowers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential financial and customer information.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, research issues, and follow them through to resolution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Comfort learning and working within loan servicing, CRM, document-management, and other business systems.
