As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create a smooth, memorable stay by handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and quickly addressing questions and requests. Comfortable using hotel reservation and property management software. Able to understand, follow, and accurately complete directions and procedures. Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external guests, including resolving concerns with patience, tact, and diplomacy. Skilled at collecting accurate information, documenting requests, and resolving issues or escalating as needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Willing and able to work weekends and scheduled shifts as needed.
