Paid Media Manager Amazon & TikTok Shop

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Manager – Amazon & TikTok Shop based in United States.

This is a fully remote, client-facing opportunity focused on driving measurable growth through paid advertising across leading eCommerce and marketplace platforms. You’ll own campaign strategy and optimization across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target, and Instacart. The role combines hands-on campaign management with data analysis, client communication, and strategic planning. You’ll work with meaningful advertising budgets and translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll also contribute to DSP, full-funnel, and cross-channel initiatives while staying ahead of marketplace trends. This is an environment that values autonomy, experimentation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.

Accountabilities
  • Launch, manage, and continuously optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target through Criteo/RMS, and Instacart, ensuring campaigns are aligned with performance objectives.
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies designed to achieve key performance indicators including ACOS, ROAS, TACoS, CVR, and CTR.
  • Partner closely with clients and internal teams to align advertising strategies with broader business objectives, priorities, and growth plans.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights, optimization recommendations, and clear performance reporting that supports informed decision-making.
  • Monitor marketplace developments, advertising platform updates, competitive activity, and emerging best practices to identify opportunities for improved performance.
  • Support the execution and analysis of DSP campaigns, including Amazon DSP and other programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Participate in client presentations and performance reviews, translating complex advertising data into practical recommendations and strategic next steps.
  • Contribute to full-funnel and cross-channel advertising strategies that connect marketplace, social commerce, and programmatic efforts.
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, or other business-related engagements as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in paid media or eCommerce advertising, ideally spanning marketplace and social commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of managing five- and six-figure advertising budgets while delivering measurable performance outcomes.
  • Have strong working knowledge of marketplace advertising platforms, particularly Amazon Ad Console and Walmart Ad Center.
  • Possess familiarity with DSP technologies, including Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).
  • Bring excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to confidently explain performance data and strategic recommendations.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where priorities can evolve and independent ownership is encouraged.
  • Experience with advertising and marketplace optimization tools such as Pacvue, Quartile, Perpetua, Skai, Helium 10, or DataHawk is a plus.
  • Be based in the United States and able to accommodate occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of $80,000–$100,000 USD, depending on experience with marketplace advertising platforms, DSP, and client strategy ownership.
  • 100% remote work with flexible hours.
  • High-impact work with significant autonomy to shape client strategies and directly influence growth.
  • A smart, supportive team environment with experienced professionals and opportunities for close collaboration.
  • Creative freedom to pitch ideas, test new approaches, and experiment with advertising strategies.
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing environment.
  • 401(k) with company match for U.S. employees.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for U.S. employees.
  • Unlimited PTO and a generous holiday policy.
  • Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
