Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Model the professional behavior, work ethic, and standards expected of all express team members.
  • Drive Production: Take responsibility for team throughput to consistently meet Toyota's commitment to an under 1-hour guest wait time.
  • Maintain Quality: Ensure the express team strictly follows established Toyota processes to provide high-quality, consistent service.
  • Develop Talent: Train, mentor, and coach current and newly hired team members to help them grow and advance.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an express technician role.
  • Own your own tools and possess the ability to perform general vehicle maintenance following Toyota's specific processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
