What You’ll Do
Warehouse Operations & Material Handling
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Pull and stage materials for Route Technicians, Repair Technicians, and our Projects Department.
- Restock chemicals, tools, equipment, and commonly used supplies.
- Maintain designated storage areas, shelving, and material staging locations.
- Help ensure materials are stored and handled properly.
Inventory & Receiving
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition.
- Identify damaged, missing, incorrect, or backordered materials.
- Enter receiving and inventory information into NetSuite and upload required documentation.
- Assist with weekly cycle counts and periodic inventory audits.
- Help maintain accurate asset issuance and return records.
- Report inventory discrepancies to the Facilities & Asset Manager.
Fleet & Truck Readiness
- Restock tools, supplies, chemicals, and safety materials in company vehicles.
- Help maintain company standards for vehicle cleanliness and organization.
- Stage vehicles in their assigned parking locations.
- Assist with preparing and setting up vehicles and equipment for new team members.
- Help identify and resolve readiness issues before they affect field operations.
Chemical Preparation & Refill Support
- Prepare and refill pool chemicals as needed using established safety procedures.
- Ensure chemical containers and refill materials are properly labeled.
- Maintain organized and safe chemical storage areas.
- Monitor refill supplies and report low inventory to the Facilities & Asset Manager.
- Follow PPE, chemical handling, storage, and spill-response requirements at all times.
Field Team Support
- Respond to urgent requests for parts, tools, chemicals, and equipment.
- Stage repair kits and materials for upcoming jobs.
- Prepare equipment and supplies for field teams.
- Assist leadership with equipment-readiness tasks and special projects.
- Help prevent unnecessary field downtime by making sure the right materials are ready when needed.
Facilities & Property Support
- Help maintain the warehouse, grounds, parking areas, and equipment yard.
- Complete light maintenance and organizational projects as assigned.
- Help keep company facilities clean, orderly, and professional.
- Assist with setup and teardown for company meetings, training sessions, and events.
Safety Is Part of the Job
This position works around warehouse equipment, tools, vehicles, and pool chemicals. Safety procedures are a required part of the role.
- Follow all PPE and chemical-handling requirements.
- Follow established storage, labeling, and spill-response procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Stop material-handling or chemical-related work when an unsafe condition exists and notify the Facilities & Asset Manager.
- Participate in company safety training and follow established procedures every day.

Helpful experience: warehouse operations, inventory, receiving, facilities, fleet support, or NetSuite. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.

Position Structure
Position: Warehouse Assistant
Reports To: Facilities & Asset Manager
Location: Molinari Pools, 780 8th Court, Unit #8, Vero Beach, FL 32962
The Warehouse Assistant supports the daily execution of warehouse, inventory, receiving, fleet, chemical, asset, and facility responsibilities.
The Facilities & Asset Manager establishes priorities and maintains responsibility for purchasing decisions, vendor management, and overall inventory and asset strategy.
