Registered Nurse (RN)
Residential Behavioral Health | Wellness Ranch | Franklin, KY Full-Time & PRN | Day & Night Shifts $42–$47/hour, based on experience
Wellness Ranch is part of Quadrant Health Group, a trusted provider of addiction treatment.
Help people in early recovery stay safe and on track. You'll provide hands-on nursing care to clients in residential treatment, working alongside medical and behavioral health professionals.

What you'll do
- Assess new admissions and monitor client health
- Watch for withdrawal symptoms
- Administer medications and keep accurate records
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies
- Educate clients on medications and recovery
- Work with the treatment team on care plans
What you'll bring
- Active Kentucky RN license or multistate (compact) RN license
- CPR/First Aid or BLS certification
- Behavioral health, detox, or SUD experience preferred; related healthcare experience considered
- Safe medication administration skills
- Strong communication and teamwork
Screenings Employment is contingent on successful completion of required screenings, which may include:
- Background check
- Drug screening
