HR Specialist in Cluj-Napoca, Cluj at TotalSoft

Established in 1994, TotalSoft is one of the leading providers of business software solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR Outsourcing team and support one of our key clients.

• Previous experience in Human Resources.
• Experience managing personnel administration for a minimum of 500 employees.
• Good knowledge of Romanian Labor Law.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced English.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Availability to work from the client's office in Cluj-Napoca at least 2 days per week.

• Manage personnel administration throughout the employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire).
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation and personnel files.
• Update employee records in the HR system.
• Support payroll by providing relevant employee data.
• Respond to employee HR-related requests.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with public authorities when required.
