This role offers the opportunity to build and scale strategic partnerships that directly influence revenue growth and market expansion.
You will own a portfolio of high-value ecosystem relationships, driving collaboration from initial engagement through long-term business impact.
The position sits at the intersection of partnerships, sales, product, and go-to-market strategy within a fast-growing B2B technology environment.
You will work with leading technology ecosystems, resellers, and service providers to create measurable commercial opportunities.
This is a high-ownership role for a commercially driven professional who thrives on building relationships and creating new revenue channels.
You will have the opportunity to shape partnership strategy, influence business direction, and contribute to the growth of innovative automation solutions.

Accountabilities:

The Partner Director will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships that generate revenue and strengthen market presence. This role requires a combination of business development expertise, sales leadership, and relationship-building skills.

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships across technology ecosystems, ERP networks, service providers, and related B2B platforms.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop new partners aligned with business objectives and target customer segments.
  • Build and execute joint business plans with partners, including revenue targets, performance metrics, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including referral, reseller, and OEM models, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage partner-led sales opportunities by generating pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and supporting conversion into closed revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and partner representatives to accelerate deal cycles, remove obstacles, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Lead partner business reviews and executive meetings to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Develop partner enablement programs, including training resources, sales materials, positioning documents, and competitive insights.
  • Support partner onboarding and ongoing engagement to ensure successful adoption and activation.
  • Act as the internal voice of partners by sharing market feedback, product opportunities, integration needs, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on joint campaigns, events, webinars, and demand-generation activities.
  • Partner with product and technical teams on integrations and ecosystem development initiatives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded partnerships professional with experience growing strategic alliances within B2B SaaS or technology environments. They should be comfortable managing complex stakeholder relationships, driving revenue outcomes, and operating independently in a growth-focused organization.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or strategic alliances within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building and growing partnerships that generate measurable revenue, including partner-sourced ARR.
  • Experience developing channel strategies and managing ecosystem relationships.
  • Familiarity with ERP ecosystems, CRM platforms, eCommerce solutions, EDI, supply chain technology, or related industries is an asset.
  • Experience negotiating and structuring partnership agreements, including reseller, referral, or technology partnerships.
  • Strong co-selling experience with internal sales teams and external partner organizations.
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision-makers across complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business judgment and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve partner research, outreach, enablement, and daily workflows.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, quote-to-cash, or related operational processes is beneficial.
  • Ability to work remotely while collaborating effectively across North American and international teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with a base salary and performance-based variable compensation structure.
  • Opportunity to directly influence revenue growth and strategic business expansion.
  • Fully remote work flexibility across Canada.
  • High ownership role with the ability to shape partnership strategy and processes.
  • Opportunity to work with innovative technology solutions impacting global businesses.
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling organization.
  • Collaborative and inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and ideas.
  • Exposure to leading technology ecosystems and strategic enterprise partnerships.
  • Opportunities to participate in industry events, partner summits, and executive-level engagements.
