Position Title: Mobile Services Van Driver
Location: Mobile Service Areas- Bradford, Union, Hamilton, Lafeyette, Gilchrist, and Columbia Counties
Salary: $16.32|hour | Non-exempt

Hire Bonus: $3,000 after 30 working days of employment with Meridian Healthcare for select programs. Inquire within!

About the Role

As a Mobile Services Van Driver, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational excellence and strategic direction of Meridian. You will:

  • Safely operate the Mobile MAT RV across assigned counties, ensuring timely arrival at designated service locations.
  • Collaborate with the onboard RN and clinician to support the delivery of MAT services to clients, both in-person and via telehealth.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of the RV, including routine checks and minor maintenance.
  • Assist with client intake and support as needed, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Document driving logs, mileage, and service locations accurately and promptly.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to support program development and quality improvement.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet program and departmental goals.


What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record; must meet company insurance requirements.
  • No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within the past 3 years; no major violations in the past 5 years.
  • Experience driving large vehicles (such as RVs or buses) preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend day per week.
