Recruiting and Sourcing

• Own the Hire: Run full-cycle hiring for wash techs, MODs and site leaders: postings, screening, scheduling, interviews and offers.
• Go Find Them: Source beyond the job boards with social media, local colleges and high schools, job fairs, referrals and rehires.
• Build the Bench: Keep a pipeline of ready candidates for every site so openings get filled before they become emergencies.
• Coach the Coaches: Train site managers on structured interviews and our Hungry, Humble, Smart scorecard.
• Wow Every Candidate: Respond within 24 hours and keep candidates updated at every step.

ATS and Data

• Run Paylocity Recruiting: Manage requisitions, workflows, candidate statuses, offer letters and onboarding handoffs.
• Keep It Clean: Make sure every applicant has a source, status and outcome.
• Report the Score: Share weekly numbers on open roles, time-to-fill, source of hire, cost per hire and 90-day retention.
• Own the Inbox: Manage the recruitment inbox and all hiring communications.

Office Management

• Keep HQ Humming: Handle supplies, vendors, mail, equipment and facilities requests.
• Be the First Hello: Greet visitors and candidates, and coordinate meetings, travel and company events.
• Jump In: Help with special projects for HR and leadership.

• First 90 days: Every open req is clean and current in Paylocity. Every applicant hears back within 24 hours. Your weekly hiring report is live.
• First 6 months: Each site has a pipeline of ready candidates. Site managers are trained on the Hungry, Humble, Smart scorecard. Referral and rehire programs are running.
• First year: Time-to-fill and cost per hire are down, and more new hires make it past 90 days.

• Experienced Recruiter: 2+ years of recruiting, ideally high-volume hourly hiring in retail, restaurant, hospitality, logistics or similar.
• ATS Savvy: Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Office Pro: Office management or administrative experience.
• People Person: Confident on the phone, in person and in front of a room of candidates.
• Organized Under Pressure: You can juggle dozens of open roles across multiple sites without dropping a ball.
• Data Comfortable: Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and simple reports.
• Road Ready: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Paylocity experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
• SHRM-CP or PHR (or working toward it)
• Recruitment marketing or social media experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
