Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Metallurgy, or a related engineering field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management within supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools such as Jira, Planisware, or similar platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven ability in risk management, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of budget management, scheduling, and project execution frameworks (WBS, Gantt charts, etc.).
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact supply chain projects in a global engineering environment.
  • Exposure to complex, large-scale industrial and cross-functional programs.
  • Strong career growth opportunities in project and program management leadership roles.
  • Collaborative, innovation-driven work culture focused on continuous improvement.
  • Competitive compensation and performance-driven work environment.
