Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Content, Design & Product Marketing)

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Content Management: Maintain and update the company website. Manage the Content Management System (CMS) to publish blogs, update landing pages, optimize for SEO, and ensure a seamless, bug-free user experience.

Product Messaging & Copywriting: Craft compelling, consistent messaging for our product suite. Translate complex AI and medical features into clear, benefit-driven copy for the website, product launches, email campaigns, and sales collateral. Lead the application process for industry and innovation awards.

Graphic Design & Asset Creation: Design high-quality digital assets, including website graphics, product UI mockups, infographics, social media visuals, and downloadable resources (e.g., e-books, product slick sheets). Assist with technical designs, product visuals, and program materials (such as editing images/3D models for demo patients and Mat designs for OptimaScan photogrammetry).

Product Visuals & Support: Collaborate closely with the Product team to create visual assets that clearly explain how our hardware and software work (e.g., video editing, motion graphics, 3D models, vector graphics, logos, feature GIFs, annotated screenshots, and presentation decks).

Brand Consistency: Act as the guardian of MetaOptima's brand identity, ensuring all visual designs and written copy align perfectly with our established brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 2–4 years of marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on content creation, graphic design, or product marketing—ideally in B2B SaaS, MedTech, or digital health. (A strong portfolio of work is highly valued).

Design & Multimedia Skills: Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and basic video editing software. Experience handling or manipulating 3D models, vector graphics, or technical product visuals is a major asset.

Technical Content Management: Hands-on experience working within a CMS (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow) and a solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices.

Copywriting Ability: Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex, scientific, or highly technical concepts into engaging, clear marketing copy.

Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for design aesthetics, layout consistency, and grammatical accuracy across all digital and physical mediums.
