About the role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, and our customers. This role will help bring new features and product improvements to market, ensure customers understand and adopt them, and keep our teams informed on market and competitor trends.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to translate product capabilities into clear messaging, training, and go-to-market plans.
What you'll do
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product and feature launches.
- Develop clear product messaging and positioning that communicates customer value.
- Manage and improve the customer training and enablement portal, including tutorials, release updates, and educational content.
- Partner with Product to ensure customer feedback and insights inform messaging and roadmap discussions.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends, maintaining competitor intelligence and internal battlecards.
- Support Sales and Customer Success with product materials, feature explainers, and training.
- Help ensure customers are informed, excited, and equipped to get the most from new product releases.
- 8–10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience launching and marketing software features or products.
- Strong ability to translate technical features into clear customer value.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Experience in GovTech, CivicTech, or public sector technology is highly desirable.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building things from the ground up.

The target salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 CAD.
