Area Manager in at Blue Heron Companies

Overview:

The Area Manager will be responsible for operational and financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training and development for staff.
• Minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedules.
• Ensuring quality and consistency in all processes
• Identifying problems and finding solutions to address the areas of concern.
• Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection on the project.
• Ensure that projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes and that high-quality standards are maintained.
• Oversee project reporting that accurately tracks site progress, events, inspections, and other relevant information.
• Communicate effectively with the Construction Team and other departments at Blue Heron.

• Extensive experience with homebuilding and construction
• Solid communication, effective with a variety of audiences (employees, clients, trades & management)
• Multitasking, successfully switch between various tasks with ease.
