Citizens Memorial Healthcare is recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to care for our residents in Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility.

The skilled nursing facility is 90-bed long-term care, skilled nursing center that includes a 30-bed memory care unit, designed to meet the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease located in Stockton, MO.

A typical day for our ADON includes: For the Nursing Unit: Maintains and assures that the following functions are performed as to promote quality nursing care; operation/policies and procedures, quality improvement, supervision of staff, education, orientation, coordination, documentation, professional behavior, sets an example to other employees by professional attitude and behavior, behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.

The position is: Full -Time rotating

Job Requirements:

• Education: ASN or BSN
• Skills: Preferred one year hospital nursing experience
• License: RN
