- Manage contracts and proposals for external partners and professors, ensuring documentation is properly formalized.
- Monitor and report monthly training deliveries to support accurate accounting and operational tracking.
- Maintain communication with partner professors regarding proposals, contracts, and operational requirements.
- Receive, validate, and process reimbursement requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Register and manage payments for partner professors, coordinating with accounting and finance teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain effective interfaces with financial and accounting areas throughout the payment and operational workflows.
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data and performance indicators for the InCompany area.
- Prepare analyses and reports that provide actionable insights and support management decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline operational processes through data and AI-enabled tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
- Practical knowledge of data analysis and the ability to translate operational information into useful insights.
- Strong logical and analytical reasoning, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for data analysis, productivity, and process automation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational activities and deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with finance, accounting, partners, and internal stakeholders.
