This is a remote consulting opportunity for an experienced professional specializing in Workday Financials.
You will support client engagements across financial management modules, combining functional expertise with hands-on configuration and advisory work.
The role focuses on helping organizations align financial processes with Workday best practices and business requirements.
You will contribute to business process design, validation, reporting, testing, data conversion, and ongoing optimization.
Strong client engagement skills will be essential as you collaborate with stakeholders to translate financial needs into effective Workday solutions.
The position offers the opportunity to work on varied client initiatives while applying deep knowledge of Workday Financials in a consulting environment.
The role is fully remote from Brazil, with working hours aligned to the Pacific Time Zone.

• Provide hands-on functional support for Workday Financials, including core financials, procurement, expenses, and reporting.
• Configure, support, and validate Workday financial business processes in alignment with client requirements and recommended practices.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and align solutions with Workday best practices.
• Provide functional advisory services and guidance related to financial operations and Workday capabilities.
• Support tenant validation activities and help ensure configurations and processes meet functional and business requirements.
• Contribute to data conversion activities, validation, and related financial implementation processes.
• Participate in testing cycles, including test preparation, execution, issue identification, and validation of solutions.
• Facilitate or contribute to optimization workshops designed to improve financial processes and system effectiveness.
• Prepare clear and accurate documentation covering configurations, processes, recommendations, and functional guidance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams throughout implementation, support, and optimization engagements.

• Active Workday Financials certification is required.
• At least 5 years of professional experience supporting or implementing Workday Financials.
• Deep functional expertise across Workday Financials, including financial configuration, reporting, procurement, expenses, and business processes.
• Strong understanding of financial business process design and Workday configuration principles.
• Practical experience with tenant validation and data conversion activities.
• Experience participating in testing cycles, validation activities, and financial system optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consulting environment.
• Availability to work according to Pacific Time Zone business hours while based remotely in Brazil.
