Job Description
Connexus Energy is seeking an Executive Services Coordinator to provide high-quality, administrative support to our Board of Directors, CEO, executive leadership team, organizational leaders and Connexus Energy Foundation. This role coordinates board and leadership activities, meetings, communications, records, events, travel and expenses while delivering professional, accurate and responsive service to internal and external stakeholders.

Work for this position will be performed on-site at our campus located at 14601 Ramsey Blvd, Ramsey, MN 55303.
Compensation: Anticipated hiring pay is between $29.33 and $38.49 per hour. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 5% based on company performance.
In this position, you will:- Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, agendas, reports, presentations, meeting materials, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Support the annual meeting, director election, governance processes, policy records and corporate documentation.
- Manage board member communications, travel arrangements, conference registrations, lodging, itineraries, retainers and expense reimbursements.
- Provide administrative and operational support for the Connexus Energy Foundation, including board meetings, donation and scholarship requests, records, events and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate Connexus for Community volunteer opportunities, service projects and electric safety demonstrations.
- Provide proactive, confidential administrative support to the CEO, executive team and organizational leaders.
- Draft, proofread and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas and meeting materials.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, employee committee activities, cooperative-wide events, catering, vendors and special projects.
- Review and process executive expense reports, credit card statements and time-reporting activities.
- Develop and implement systems and process improvements using tools such as OneNote, Teams and artificial intelligence.
- Maintain confidential records, files and business documents while ensuring accuracy, appropriate communication and timely follow-through.
- Associate degree or technical college administrative certification.
- Three or more years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Extensive proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated customer service skills.
- Ability to solve problems, improve processes, prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or five or more years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience supporting a board of directors, governance activities, a corporate foundation or community programs.
- Experience coordinating large meetings, employee events, travel, catering and vendor relationships.
