Analista de OPME

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de OPME based in Brazil.

This is a remote role focused on the end-to-end management of OPME (Órteses, Próteses e Materiais Especiais) procurement activities. You will coordinate quotations, negotiations, supplier sourcing, and purchasing while helping ensure cost control and operational efficiency. The position serves as an important connection between suppliers, OPME auditors, registration teams, and internal operations. You will provide market-based insights on brands, qualified suppliers, and pricing to support informed purchasing and authorization decisions. Strong organization and urgency are essential for managing multiple simultaneous quotations and negotiations. The role also offers exposure to healthcare regulation, medical supply markets, and supplier relationship management. Experience with OPME routines, health plans, hospitals, or healthcare suppliers will be especially valuable.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end process for OPME quotations, negotiations, and purchases, ensuring activities are completed efficiently and according to operational requirements.
  • Research and prospect new suppliers in the market, identifying suitable partners and opportunities to improve purchasing options and commercial conditions.
  • Support the supplier registration process by coordinating the collection of required information and documentation from new and existing partners.
  • Provide consultative support to OPME auditors regarding available brands, qualified suppliers, market pricing, and purchasing alternatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets containing negotiation histories, supplier information, pricing, and other relevant purchasing data.
  • Coordinate multiple quotations simultaneously while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and control over deadlines and follow-ups.
  • Support effective communication between suppliers, auditors, registration teams, and other internal stakeholders to keep authorization and purchasing workflows moving efficiently.
  • Monitor market conditions and supplier options to contribute to cost control, commercial efficiency, and stronger purchasing partnerships.
Requirements
  • Higher education completed or in progress in Administration, Management, or a Health-related field.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage data, spreadsheets, and commercial information accurately.
  • Strong negotiation skills, assertive communication, sense of urgency, and ability to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple quotations, negotiations, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Previous practical experience with OPME processes and routines is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Regulation and applicable ANS (Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar) and ANVISA regulations is an advantage.
  • Previous experience with health insurance operators, hospitals, healthcare providers, or suppliers of medical and healthcare products is valuable.
  • Ability to analyze supplier information, compare commercial alternatives, maintain accurate records, and support purchasing decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across different teams while maintaining clear communication and follow-through.
