Interested in working with children in a center setting? Magical Adventure is now hiring multiple candidates! Magical Adventure is a small center located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. We are looking for passionate and qualified members to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning following curriculum
• Brightwheel Communication
• Communication between staff and parents
• Diaper changing if necessary
• Required training
• Monitor and assess student progress
• Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children
• Positive behavior management

Qualifications:

• Experience in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required
• Knowledge of childhood development principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to educate and engage young students effectively
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but will offer training
