At Crisp & Green, we believe a healthy lifestyle goes beyond the kitchen. Our chef-crafted salads, grain bowls, and smoothies, paired with free community fitness and wellness events, are growing across the country through franchise partners who want to help their communities Live Crisp. We're looking for a Franchise Sales Director to find those partners and bring them home.

What you'll do

• Recruit, qualify, and award single-unit, multi-unit, and area development agreements.

• Guide candidates from first conversation through Discovery Day to a signed agreement.

• Grow assigned territories with new and existing franchise partners.

• Partner with our Franchise Recruiting Manager on leads, PR, events, and campaigns.

• Own the pipeline in our CRM and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual signing goals.

• Represent Crisp & Green at franchise trade shows and industry events.

Compensation and benefits

$120,000 annual base salary, plus full benefit package (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Pet Insurance and 401(k))

What you bring

• 3+ years of franchise development or sales experience, ideally with a multi-unit restaurant or food and beverage brand.

• Working knowledge of the FDD and franchise disclosure requirements.

• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

• A self-starter who can manage many deals at once with little direction.

• Ability to travel 15–25%.

• CFE designation and a passion for health and wellness are a plus.
