The Program is comprised of three modules. Module 1 focuses on how to successfully work with immigrants and is the foundation for the program. Modules 2 and 3 focus on immigration law and practice and are designed to train people to become Department of Justice (DOJ) partially accredited representatives (Module 2), or fully accredited representatives (Module 3). We are seeking instructors for all three modules.

* Preparing and submitting accurate and precise student grades and other assigned documents when due.
* Regularly assessing formative and summative student work product, assignments, and activities including providing written feedback on Discussion Boards, audio, and video recordings.
* Actively engaging in learning community so that the Instructor’s presence is regularly felt by the students.
* Building a strong online learning community.
* Answering student questions and providing guidance, where appropriate.
* Attendance at college-wide meetings and events (virtual or in-person as appropriate).
* Supporting and following college policies and procedures.Minimum Qualifications:* Law degree, including experience in immigration law practice.
* Committed to excellence in teaching.Preferred Qualifications:* Specific knowledge of Blackboard, Canvas, and other Instructional Design Tools as well as Web Conferencing Tools.
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories.
