Openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs. There is an existing need for Spring 2026.

Duties and Responsibilities:Teaching specific Business Law courses, including an introductory business law and ethics course.Minimum Qualifications:The applicant must be committed to excellence in business education. A Juris Doctorate degree is required. Equivalent experience may be considered.Preferred Qualifications:At least two years of experience working in relevant legal fieldsPhysical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours: Special Message to Applicants:The Department of Marketing and Business Law will accept applications throughout the year.
