Minimum Qualifications:

- First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including helping those with disabilities or special needs.
- Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, routes taken, and any incidents that occur during the trip.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to report any issues or delays.
