HOUSEKEEPER at Branson Landing – Branson, Missouri

JOB SUMMARY:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently, including cleaning office and common areas, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
• Operate a golf cart to transport necessary cleaning supplies from area to area.
• Maintain supply area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in public areas.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed, including furniture moving, carpet cleaning, and more.
• Provide a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests, addressing any requests promptly.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to assist guests and team members alike.
• The physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods as well as having acute vision to accomplish tasks.
