Now Hiring: Room Attendant
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton - Springfield, MO
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Replace linens, replenish supplies, and rearrange furniture
- Follow safety and environmental guidelines when using chemicals
- Provide excellent guest service and uphold company standards
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year in a Housekeeping role preferred
Hours:
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Heavy Work: Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally
- Physical activity including climbing, standing, walking, etc.
- Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of work
