We advocate a recovery with responsibility program that empowers clients to take control of their treatment and recovery process.
About this Job
We are looking for a Program Monitor to join our inpatient treatment team in St. Charles.
Responsibilities:
- Medication management, distribution, and documentation
- Completing client admissions and discharges by following belonging search procedures, administering urine drug screens, and documenting client information into the electronic medical record.
- Frequently checking in with clients to ensure they are safe and following program guidelines
- Reporting client behavioral changes and concerns to the clinical team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills sufficient to access email, internet, and to document in client’s medical record
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
- Good customer service skills
