Job Description
Salary: 49,920.00 Annually. Full Medical Benefits, 401K, Paid Vacation. Sup. Benefits-
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Audit payroll and scheduling activities to ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Analyze scheduling data to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to management.
• Collaborate with scheduling, payroll, operations, and dispatch teams to address identified issues.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements related to payroll and scheduling.
• Assist in developing and updating payroll, operations, and scheduling procedures.
• Maintain records of audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Reviewing and Approving/Rejecting Reports in various monitoring systems.
• Scheduling training
Skills:
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of payroll, data entry, and scheduling processes.
Education and Training Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience Required:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, dispatching, or scheduling operations.
Physical Demands:
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of office supplies up to 10 pounds.
Work Environment:
• Office setting with standard office equipment.
• May require occasional travel to other company locations.
Qualifications:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be a citizen of the United States or a Resident Alien.
- Be of good moral character and temperate habits. Any of the following within the last five years will be considered evidence that the applicant does not have good moral character or habits:
- Conviction by any local, state, Federal, or military court of any crime involving the illega use, carrying, or possession of a firearm;
- Conviction of any crime involving the illegal use, possession, sale, manufacture, distribution, or transportation of a controlled substance, drug, narcotic, or alcoholic beverage;
- Conviction of a crime involving felonious (felony) assault or an act of violence;
- Conviction of a crime involving unlawful breaking and/or entering, burglary, larceny, or an offense involving moral turpitude;
- A history of addiction to alcohol or a narcotic drug;
- An applicant cannot have been declared incompetent, by any court having jurisdiction,by reason of mental disease or defect; or have been involuntarily committed to an institution for treatment of mental disease or defect by a District Court Judge;
- No prior revocation of Security Registration or License.
