About This Position

Job Description: Chancey & Reynolds is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of HVAC construction projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Setup: Input new project pricing and schedule of values into Sage.
  • Assign job numbers and create entries in job boards.
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Request and manage submittals from awarded vendors, including re-submittals as needed.
  • Coordinate voltage requirements with General Contractors.
  • Award contracts to subcontractors and manage their deliverables.
  • Permitting & Purchasing: Obtain necessary permits for each project.
  • Issue purchase orders for approved materials once submittals and voltages are finalized.
  • Communication & Field Support: Maintain close communication with field managers to address their needs.
  • Track and update the status of purchased items.
  • Attend weekly job meetings and update project status on Monday.com.
  • Change Management & Billing: Price and oversee change orders and revisions. Add executed change orders to Sage and incorporate them into future billing cycles. Prepare and submit monthly billing statements by contractual deadlines.
  • Inspections & Closeout: Schedule and follow up on inspections, notifying field personnel of results. Move completed projects through closeout procedures on Monday.com. Prepare and distribute operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, TAB reports, and as-built drawings.
