Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant (Office Support Admin) at Tomorrow RNG, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, from managing supplies and equipment to coordinating meetings and maintaining office policies. Let’s dive into the details:

Responsibilities:

    • Handle various office duties, including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, and shopping.
    • Efficiently schedule meetings and appointments.
    • Greet visitors and guest upon arrival
    • Keep the office environment in top shape by arranging necessary repairs and maintenance.
    • Organize and update office procedures to enhance efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the IT department to manage all office equipment.
    • Collaborate and provide support to the HR and Finance teams as necessary.
    • Ensure timely invoicing and payments for all office-related items.
    • Coordinate with facility management vendors (cleaning, catering, security).
    • Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.
    • Maintain organizational charts, expense reports, and asset/equipment inventory.
    • Act as a point of contact for office related vendors.
    • Edit and produce advanced internal and external communications.
    • Create PowerPoint presentations, advanced Word documents, and spreadsheets.
    • Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements and Skills:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience

Experience: At least 2 years of professional administrative experience.

Key Skills:

    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of SharePoint and other collaboration tools is a plus.
    • Experience with project management and budgeting is advantageous.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
