LIFT TECHNICIAN in Tampa, Florida at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center

Position Highlights:

The lift technician transfers and repositions patients utilizing appropriate equipment and in accordance with Moffitt's mission, vision and values.

The Ideal Candidate

• Direct patient care experience
• Experience with complex/dependent patient lifts/transfers
• Experience in utilization of lift equipment

Responsibilities:

Inventory, clean and maintain lift equipment; remove from service if in need of repair

• Document through daily reporting
• Assist with education and training
• Creating reports/documentation on computer

Credentials and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months experience in customer service or customer facing role in healthcare, hospitality, retail or related industry.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment
• BLS Certification
