Job Description
Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Social Services Designee to care for our residents in Ash Grove Healthcare Facility
The skilled nursing facility is a 82-bed facility located in Ash Grove, MO that includes a memory care unit for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
A typical day will include: Providing Social Services to residents; actively and consistently contributing to facility operations and communications; behaving in a manner consistent with the mission and objective of CMH, and performing other duties as requested.
The position is Part Time, Days
