Phyllis Browning Company is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative Relocation & Referral Coordinator to help grow and maintain Relocation and referral services. This role requires excellent communication skills, marketing creativity, and administrative precision to ensure seamless coordination between agents, clients, and third-party relocation partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing referrals; maintain communication with Phyllis Browning Company agents, LRE affiliates, and third-party counselors.
- Track and request referral updates; ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
- Proactively market Phyllis Browning Company services to other Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LRE) affiliates and third-party organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coordinators from LRE firms and relocation companies to increase business opportunities.
- Use relocation software to input, track, and manage referral and relocation data.
- Create and promote outgoing referral contests to engage internal agents; manage monthly communications related to contest activity.
- Complete internal paperwork for accounts payable and outgoing referral commissions.
- Process payments to LRE firms and other referral sources.
- Coordinate utility transfers and monthly reimbursements for company-managed inventory properties.
- Manage inbound website leads, respond promptly to inquiries, and assign leads to agents.
- Be willing to work as a team and cover when and where needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in relocation, real estate, or a client services-related role.
- Familiarity with LRE network or other relocation networks is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM or relocation tracking software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
